"Location appeared to be very sketchy. Unmarked police cruisers, prostitution. Room 270… outside of room smelt like stale marijuana through the vents. Entire building looks rough. Bed was small, tv was small. My dorm in college was a mansion compared to the “queen” sized room. Sheets… looked as if someone stepped on them with their shoes. Property management should consider construction and upgrades. My husband and I didn’t even stay 5 minutes. We will not be returning. "

"This house was perfect for our stay in Palm Desert. It was a beautiful sanctuary. The pool and yard were perfect, the house was clean and well stocked, and our hosts were responsive and gracious. A gem!"

"We had a great stay overall! The house is quirky and fun, and we really loved the bright colors and personality of the space. The pool was definitely a highlight for our group, and the yard and pool area were very well maintained during our stay.The location is excellent—only about five minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and close to several grocery stores, which made everything really convenient.Our biggest challenge actually had nothing to do with the house itself but with the neighbor’s dogs. They barked quite a bit at night and woke us up several times. We did contact the host, who reached out to the neighbor, and the barking improved somewhat after that, which we appreciated.There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, which worked well for our group. One thing to note is that many of the beds are quite squeaky, so light sleepers might want to be aware of that.Overall, we enjoyed the unique vibe of the house, the great pool, and the convenient location."
