"Beautiful old movie star hotel - originally owned by Lucy and Desi Arnez. I go here twice a year as it’s such a perfect treat. Wonderful pool right next to golf course and view of the mountains. I highly recommend getting a room with the golf/pool view and you won’t be disappointed!! Very comfy bed and rooms all have patios on first floor or balconies on upper floors to enjoy the view and get fresh air. Nice staff and easy check-in. Even though it’s an old hotel and rooms are a little dated it is kept very clean. It’s not a super luxury hotel but it’s very old Palm Springs with history and a beautiful lobby and grounds. Totally enjoyable!! "

"Room very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Only real issue was the card reader on the room door: wasn’t reading the key and the staff had to “jumpstart” the lock."

"The Blue Lagoon Pool Oasis was the perfect house for us. It is beautifully appointed and looked just like the pictures. We did not cook at all, well maybe a piece of toast, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would ever need. Tim and Catherine are great hosts. Check in was a breeze. Tim was very accommodating, he allowed us to check in early. If I had one nit picky thing, and it’s just me, I would have liked a larger nightstand. It was difficult to balance water, books, iPad, and reading light. Blue Lagoon is a very comfortable home, and I would not hesitate to stay there again. "

"Great for family fun. Pool area was perfect for hanging out in the sun, waterslide, and plenty of shade for those that wanted it. Kitchen was appropriately stocked for the number of guests and dining room tables both inside and out had enough chairs! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and kids loved the movie room/arcade! Responsive host. So happy we stayed! "

"Hot tub was cold.Master shower is scalding hot or cold.Fridge ice maker broken.Grill does not work.Outdoor lights don't work.Misters barly work in one section.Overall deep clean badly needed.Neighbor behind blared music Saturday afternoon and into the evening."
