This building is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a Quartz countertop, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max streaming !!!

Everything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don`t break it)!

This apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped to meet all your needs for a relaxing stay (long or short). Take a load off in this extremely comfy Queen-sized Gel memory foam with a pad. Storage for your items is no problem in the closet with hangers are available. We`ve included an iron and full-size iron board as well. The kitchen has everything you need to prep tasty meals at any time of day. In the bathroom, we have everything stocked to ensure you feel comfortable.


Entertainment · Fiberoptic Internet and WiFi are available. There is a Smart TV so you can screen share/mirror any media from your device.

This is a self-check-in, you can access the building from the parking lot south entrance.

The fastest way to reach us is through the message feature on the VRBO app, phone calls or emails will be delayed.

Parking is available for one car only. Other cars can utilize street parking.

Check-out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved).

Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

- Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in.

- All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

Other things to Note:
- Absolutely no smoking, there`s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
- No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed.
- Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately.
* Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest`s expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Pets are welcome and we can only accommodate 1 pet (Dogs/Cats) per reservation. Guest must notify us of pet and breed before booking. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Do not move Furniture`s, If you do, please put them back the way it was.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
