"The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well."

"The unit was in overall disrepair Unit was not clean when we arrived. Requested 2nd housekeeping. Checked in after 7pm. No parking available. Beds were not changed. One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No blankets on beds. Air Conditioner made loud grinding noise. Maintenance unable to repair. Had to leave the A/C turned off while sleeping. Fresh towels were dirty. Lipstick on "fresh" towels. Resort fees were not advertised on the Expedia listing. "

"I traveled with my husband, brother-in-law and 3 small children. The one-bedroom suite with 2 queen beds was too cramped for us, and the guests sleeping on the pull out sofa had to go into our bedroom to use the bathroom since there was no second door. I went to the front desk to see if there a bigger or more comfortable room, and Pat was amazing! She was so nice and empathetic, and moved us to a more spacious room. This made our stay. The property is a little dated, but the amenities and location were excellent! "

"The property and location were good for the price. It was a short walk to the beach and all the amenities were as listed. The cleanliness of the property could have been better- particularly the bathrooms. "

"Room for parking was a plus. Walk to beach, bars, restaurants. Unit is furnished with all the necessities. "

"Room was overall very clean. Carpets were a bit dirty, but it is a rental with a lot of traffic. The pool was nice, especially for the privacy. It was pretty windy during our stay, but being able to lounge around the pool was very nice. The pool water was pretty cold, to be fair we did not ask for anyone to warm it up. Location is perfect, very close to food and a 2 minute walk to the beach."

"Our stay was wonderful. Place was very clean and the location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and drinking establishments. A CVS walking distance for those last minute things you may forget. Debbie was very accommodating and attentive. I highly recommend staying at her condo on the beautiful beach with a clean pool in the property. The grill was super easy to use, made hot dogs for lunch. What a great experience!"
