"In short, everything was adequate. Friendly staff, clean room, amenities in the room were great, and breakfast was included with good hours."

"We loved the peace and sense of disconnect this property offered. We spent nearly all our time outdoors—it was absolutely lovely. The cows are incredibly friendly and will walk right up to you the moment you step outside. The outdoor amenities truly have everything you need. We cooked every meal on the grill, enjoyed dining at the outdoor tables, and appreciated having a TV and projector available if we wanted to watch something. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The indoor space is a bit outdated and the extra linens didn’t seem very clean, but that’s an easy fix—just bring your own! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for anyone looking to relax and unwind."

"Cozy lots of extras in the kitchen. Plenty of parking space for truck and boat. Had a grill with propane to grill out. Used the fire pit which was fun to make s’mores. "

"Perfect location for family gathering, plenty of space to sit and visit in all the rooms. Beds were comfortable, towels very plush. All amenities to make our place easy and very comfortable. Spent many mornings on the lanai. Table settings to serve all without running out of dishes. Coffee and wine bar great amenity. Our host was readily available for any questions or comments."

"This was great because we could stay and did not have to pack up our Atvs. Great location, loved everything about this location, clean place with all the amenities. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion, as I think you are new to renting, is to make sure you tell people who are towing their Atv’s to 100% take distracted road as we got stuck on Roberts road and had to unload all 3 atvs all of our gas to get through on Roberts. Also the left was after the ice cream shop with the two boats for sale. I would also recommend having a book with instructions and information on how to work everything. The outside lights would not work and the generator kept turning off and we only had one running. We did live our stay and overall it was wonderful! As long as the outside lights are working we will be back!!!! Bryon was great to deal with and always responded. Thank you!!!"

"Comfortable room, clean,very comfortable king bed, soft bath towels that smelled nice and not like bleach as so many hotel towels do. Dorm size refrigerator and microwave, coffee maker. Not a fancy room, but nicely furnished and decorated. I would definitely stay again. "
