"The staff were wonderful! The hotel was so nice, though the parking was a bit pricey at $46. But if you’re there on the weekend, you can easily find free parking on the street."

"Nice hotel with a helpful staff. The hotel is a bit older, but it seems to be well maintained and in good condition. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very close to DCA, making it a convenient place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The shuttle service to and from the airport was adequate. The only downside is that the shuttle doesn’t start running until 6:00 a.m., so if you have a very early flight, you’ll need to take an Uber. That wasn’t a big deal, though, and the Uber was inexpensive."

"It was in the 80s outside and the room was pretty warm and humid - we were unable to adjust the ac temperature. Reading the other reviews, it seems this is a common issue in this older hotel. The carpet in the room was also damp in several spots. Bright spot - the breakfast buffet was awesome."
