"This hotel became our “base” during our month-long trip to the Philippines and Thailand. The extra accommodations they provided made it much easier for us to visit different destinations without having to drag all our luggage around. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating. The receptionists and concierge were great as well—they all made our stay much easier and more convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There seemed to be fewer options than before the hotel rebranded to Quest, but there was still plenty to enjoy and it definitely satisfied us. The location was very convenient too, with restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance."

"Everything was good except for food options. Not much to choose from their dinner menu. Far away from town proper, which didn't have much dining establishment either. The room was big and clean. The pool was nice and big. I would recommend overall."
The Lake Hotel Tagaytay

"A good plenty of car spaces. Staffs are all well trained with good personalities. The rooms are cleaned daily with all amenities replaced. There is a pool which is maintained daily and looks over the beautiful and magnificent Volcanic island. The coffee shop is in the lobby and serves superb Brews. As all fabulous restaurants are scattered at walking distance but we found Leslie the best."

"Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part. Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel. The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends."
