"Reception staff friendly on arrival. Explained everything we needed to know straight away. Room very clean, warm on arrival. Came back late evening and required food. We ordered at the bar and they personally called me to say food was ready and would deliver to me. I collected and they helped without asking. All staff very helpful and friendly. "
