Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und das Haus war bei Ankunft gut gereinigt worden. Cons: Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind teilweise sehr beschränkt, das alte Haus könnte zudem mal wieder renoviert werden (auf den Fotos sieht der Zustand des Hauses besser aus als er ist). "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...
