"I didn’t really like having to leave my shoes at the front and use public slippers, the bathroom was useful but a bit cramped and the cooler/heater was hard to get the right temperature in the room. But I really liked the hot tub onsen and the staff were mostly friendly. "

"The onsen here was amazing…while a bit dated, the view from the pool over the water was great. Rooms were comfortable, I stayed in Key 1 which had kitchen and laundry facilities. I would have preferred a kettle in my room but the set up was good."
