The staff was extremely helpful. Much appreciated. The location was great, right across from the Central Station, so convenient. I would, for sure, recommend this hotel for visiting Florence

Fantastic! The staff was very helpfull, the rooms were impeacable (and warm) and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Better than an hotel in our opinion. Congrats! The only drawback as lack of EV charger... but they said it was coming..
