The hotel is new (I think) and beautiful. The rooms were really nice and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the management team was very personable. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was the manager, she was very nice and made sure my stay was pleasant.

This is our new favorite hotel. The airport is located on the property, less the 2 mins away. We stayed in the deluxe king room forest view suite. The room was spacious, and super clean. The property has security cameras and staff everywhere to make sure guest are are happy and safe. Great place to relax and get away. I was really looking forward to my stay at Erlittop. We had two nights booked. The food and service were great. The limited hours of electricity and no water to our room was quite annoying however. We mentioned there was no water and told they would get it working, but nothing. It quite bad when we had to leave early the last day and couldn't get ready without using the external showers and bathrooms.

Loved the resort. It was like paradise. It’s a little far to get to, however fully worth it. The coral reef are beautiful just off the beach in front of the resort. There is a nice path around the island that take about 40min walk and if lucky see some monitor lizards of up to 1.5meters. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate you. The view from the lighthouse is spectacular.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. What a great experience here All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooftop restaurant bar was such an excellent experience every time we are there. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed

I & my wife really had an amazing time at Buko Beach. We visited this July 2023, and the receptionist Arlyn was so kind and nice. She was able to book us Island hopping tour trip and other activities. We really enjoyed our time there. It was superb. Overall the hotel workers treated us so kindly and with a warm smile all the time. Worthy visiting.

Very conveniently located and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful

The staff was friendly and very helpful when it comes to questions. Their food and drinks is also good. Location was convenient if you want to go to the town or restaurants. It is also close to the airport you can just ride a tricycle. I love how its just for adults. It is a very relaxing place to stay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I would stay here again when I come back to el nido.

Great location and beach view. Suggestions: maybe better sound system and music by the bar. Great staff service especially with checkin and special mention to Angeline who made our checkin very easy and accomodating since we had 6 rooms. Also special mention to bar staff Kenny and Charisse who provided us great service. Highly recommend this place.

The Staff is amazing. The room we had was incredible. The view is the best you will find in El Nido. The restaurant is great also. It’s on the hill side so there are some uphill walking involved but they also offer vans to take you into town at a really great price. And they pick you up whenever you ask just WhatsApp them. They couldn’t be happier with my stay here. Will be back.
