"The AC wasn’t working properly and both showed error in the unit. Also the fridge made a lot of clicking noise all night. I could not get a good night sleep in the heat and with the noise."

"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"Helppo sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen. Hieno huone!"

"Nice personnell, clean hotel. Thanks."

"Great stay , loved the attention to detail! Thank you and keep up the good work!"

"Coffee is needed at the room, the hotel is quite old, but it’s still a nice place to stay."

"The people at reception was very helpful Thank you The room was so clean and nice Breakfast so good"

"Great location and amenities. Perfect for solo travelling my only issue was that rooms weren’t soundproof."

"A very clean room, tasty breakfast, professional staff. The Wi-Fi signal is really weak."

"Kylpylä on aivan mielettömän upea!

"The room was amazing! It had all possible comforts a guest may need. And it was very clean and very quiet. The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes walk from the city center. The staff were very kind and very efficient, particularly Natalja from Reception. Natalja is very professional and very efficient. I very much recommend this Hotel"
