"Had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de Roubaix. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and full of quirky character and design touches that made it feel uniquely Parisian. I also loved learning that it is a family-run hotel, which really comes through in the warm, personal atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great assortment of options each morning. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They always greeted me warmly and checked in to make sure everything was going well whenever I came or left the hotel. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made relaxing after long days exploring Paris even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."

"Room was huge hotel is nice super comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. Shower is horrible. Did not love that breakfast or coffee is outside through a courtyard and down stairs- super inconvenient in rain, same for the “lobby” in a totally different building. We hated the area, have to been to paris several times and wanted to try a new area and regretted it the entire trip.Graffiti, homeless people trash on the streets and far from everything. 45 minute uber to 6th, eiffel tower. Hotel is great, area is terrible and because of the area we would not stay there again. "

"Most of the rooms are, typically for Paris at this price, small. But we had 2 separate stays here and when we complained and asked for a larger room for our 2nd stay, they were able to give us a larger room. Breakfast was good..although we had one person who is vegan, and there really are not enough options for vegans. Wonderful location and very nice staff. They are renovating..so I'm sure future travelers will see improvements."

"This place was a little gem. A really lovely apartment. I loved all the greenery and waking up to bird song. Really good location. It had everything we needed. We had a leak after some very heavy rain and the reception staff were there within 15 minutes of me emailing them and tidied. Would definitely stay here again. "

"When I choose that hotel in Expedia it said the breakfast was included and it wasn’t. Anyway I had to pay even the coffee that I drank for the coffee machine. The room didn’t have air conditioning. Breakfast expensive and the worst thing we did know that was not included. The room and the bathroom!!!!! Awful!!!! Please don’t send people there."

"The hotel is very eco friendly, and uses a lot of tech. The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and was quite tasty. It's close to Gare de Lyon and many metro/RER/bus lines although it is within a short walking distance to Bastille."

"Everything was perfect specially the location with our wonderful view to the Seine River from our room window. The only issue was the hotel elevator, which was extremely slow and you had to wait minutes when you’re inside for it to close the door and go up or down. All the rest was great."

"Very stylish and well-appointed hotel. Friendly, helpful staff were available when needed and took care of every detail, but they worked mostly behind the scenes at this quiet property. We often felt like we were the only ones around. Great boutique in a charming neighborhood."
