"I had a very nice stay. The hotel is centrally located, the staff is very kind and the place was always clean."

"Great hotel a bit outside Reykjavik city center but very walkable. Bus stop 17 (for flybus and tours) was less than a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are huge lockers in the lobby you can use after check out. Cute bar area and lobby. Room is fairly small and lacks any storage (no drawers to store clothes). It’s clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom close with a partial glass door and sink is in the room (not in bathroom). Did not use the spa (would maybe have checked it out if there wasn’t an additional charge). Overall I would stay here again. Loved the hotel cat!"

"Room was clean. Staff were very pleasant. There was no sea view. There were shops nearby. Sleeping was a challenge. This is because the doors every room are locked using a standard lock and key. The doors themselves have no soundproofing capabilities at all. And the noise created when people are trying to access their rooms was truly remarkable. This would tend to happen late at night and very early in the morning making it difficult to sleep. For that reason alone, I would not use this hotel again."
