"No large bath towel in bathroom, bed was a little hard. The carpark is convenient but needs signs to tell you where to go to access hotel. The car park makes you go down a car ramp with luggage. I also think the cost of parking is extortionate considering i stayed in the hotel. Breakfast was a large selection, the cooked breakfast was average. Cant fault the staff very nice chatty people."

"After reading the reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect but we loved our stay, the rooms were clean and comfy, could do with air con though but we did stay during the heatwave to be fair. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice other than fruit, only peach slices! The lounge area was very spacious and the gardens too. Parking very expensive but we found a car park a third of the price not too far away."

"A beautiful room with extremely comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom too. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It would be a pleasure to stay again."

"Stayed here one night before a cruise out of Southampton. A wonderful big hotel with Starbucks on site and a large pool and hot tub along with steam rooms, ice plunge and sauna. I only use the pool in the hot tub, but there were lots of people using the rest of the amenities. Room was small but very comfortable. Bathroom has a glass door, which was fine for me because I had my own room. I don’t think I would be as comfortable if I were sharing with friends . There would be no privacy unless the other person left the room. Other friends, I was traveling with suggested bringing a cheap shower curtain to throw over the door and that would solve all the issues a . My only real issue was that the restaurant was out of things that I wanted to order for dinner. In the end, the food was not that great. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again, but I would have food delivered."
