"Paid for a superior twin room for three nights. Noticed bathroom smelled like urine. Noticed mold in the bathroom ceilng. Too a shwer to go in to town and the shower water heater did not work. So we took a cold shower. Called staff and they moved us to a single twin room. The second room had water on the floor from the A/C condensate lines dripping down onto the bathroom floor. There was mold on the ceiling of that batroom too. Television satellite station did not work. Had to watch YouTube....

"Pousada simples e acolhedora, funcionarios super atenciosos e receptivos. Excelente localização pois vc consegue ir a pe ao parque de Ubajara e a 3 km para o centro da cidade. "

"Quarto sujo, cabelo no lençol, banheiro quando cheguei tava alagado. Pedi pra eles enxugarem o banheiro, o que foi feito e no dia seguinte pedi pra trocar de quarto. O outro quarto tava mais organizado."

O decepcionante foi o tamanho dos quartos: se você está querendo passar muito tempo no hotel, repense, pois a acomodação dupla é muito apertada e a acústica é péssima. Outro ponto que nos chamou a atenção foi que pediram todos os nossos dados de forma antecipada por WhatsApp e, quando chegamos lá, simplesmente não havia nada preenchido de forma antecipada.
