"Lovely hotel in the French countryside. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Appreciated the balcony outside the room plus seated areas in the garden and patio with loungers for relaxing. Very tasty breakfast. Free onsite parking. Extremely helpful staff (apart from bar manager). Good onsite restaurant. Only 2km into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Good base for exploring the general area and close to canoeing and train de la Rhune.

"The hotel has been created out of an old school and it’s lovely to see it given a new life. We liked having breakfast in the garden (which used to be the playground) and having a walk down to the fantastic beaches and cafes of Guethary. We had a room on the second floor and it was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was also big and very clean- but I prefer a separate shower.
