"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"The property was beautiful, and I really liked the design of the pool area. The staff well welcoming and helpful, we arrived 5-10minutes before lunch was ending and were told tat we could check in later if we wanted to run down quickly. I also dont have many experiences of all in-clusives. I thought it was nice that our leaving time wasn't for a while after check out but we were told to relax and to continue to enjoy thw amenities and the food and drink until we left. That was appreciated. Because I can be nervous of rules, to me checkout means checkout so it was lovely that we could still relax and enjoy a cocktail and the pool until we left. My only teal bugbear was a few (not all, most were amazing f) of the restaurant clean up staff were a little over zealous with yanking the plates away. 'Finished? Yes.' Whilst we still eating. It happened at two of the mealtimes. And the laundry and cleaning trolleys were literally covering the first floor corridors like they were parked there permanently. But I would stay again. It was enjoyable."

"A great resort, I would say it’s more of a 4 star and definitely focused on families. I believe it is too big to maintain a 5 star standard, as it missed the finesse that others show, more because of its struggles to cope with a large number of guests. The location is amazing, close to old town and all the bays. Swim up pool is good, the vent for the sewage was near ours, so you would get a whiff and I noticed some of the other swim up rooms didn’t even get the sun. I could have complained, but the hotel was that full, I couldn’t see what they would be able to do to fix this. The buffet was ok, nothing that stands out though, felt that the a la cartes were just the buffet plated up by someone else. The street food hub was ok but they always got the order wrong, so something to be aware of. A small thing, but how you judge a hotel quite quickly, no welcome drink and checking in felt more like a factory process. So if you are after a true 5 star experience, then maybe not, if you don’t like hearing kids, then maybe not but if you are after a high end 4 star in a great location and you have kids, then yes (if you get a good deal and not 5 star prices)."

"Great hotel Plenty of food, coffee, meals were good little bit repetitive, more fruit varieties for breakfast would be nice, plenty of cooked breakfast. Desserts were amazing! Pools fantastic. Good to see the beds are patrolled so plenty available and you can't leave towels on to reserve them they will remove them after 30 mins!. Good gym and a nice indoor pool. Entertainment was good, no annoying kids disco on til late! (Sorry!) Proper ice-cream or whippy ice-cream available all day too! Plenty of options for day trips. Would definitely return!"
