"Quarto aparentou ter sido limpo às pressas. Ainda tinha lixo nos cestos, mas nada nojento. Pia ainda estava molhada na bancada. Mas nao achei necessario comunicar a recepçao. Nao tornou desagradavel a estada nao."

"Call it being unlucky, inhad a bad experience with Bristol hotel. Upon check in in the early evening, I was given a room on the 5th floor. When I got there the room wasn't made up - the used towels, were on thr bed, which wasnt made from previous guest/s etc. Took photo and went down to the reception to ask another room. The gentleman who was there was very apologetic and told me that I will get an updated room as an excuse on the 10th floor. Went there, and again, the room wasn't made/clean from the previous gues. Went for a 2nd time downstairs to reception, where again, the gentleman was apologetic and I was given a 3rd room on the 11th floor. Went there, room was made. Went to the bathroom to take a shower. After my shower I got out and there were no towels anywhere in the room. Had do call reception and ask for towels."

"I asked for a refund, I never checked into the hotel and as well the customer service representative called and gave me no update on the refund!"

"Os colaboradores são excelentes, super educados e os procedimentos do check in e check out são rápidos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com bastante diversidade de itens e tudo saboroso. Em relação ao quarto, ele é bom, o banheiro ok, mas o box é bem pequeno. Achei os travesseiros bem altos, então não foi muito confortável na hora de dormir, acabei dormindo sem eles, mas a cama era macia. Roupas de cama e de banho limpos. Excelente localização. Estacionamento amplo e gratuito."
