"Excellent staff and customer service, great breakfast to start your day. Great location in the heart of this beautiful German town on the Rhine. Oberwesel won our hearts and Hotel Weiler was very much one of the reasons why we loved our visit to this town. The rooms were clean, we had everything we needed, including the much-needed A/C, and we always felt very welcomed by all the staff. Love this place and would definitely highly recommend!"

"The location is fabulous, a short walk to the Kloten train stop. The room was clean and the AC was working great! Only drawback was check-in, which had to be done by kiosk as there were no staff available to help check-in guests. The kiosk check-in is not difficult, but it does take a while. There were several of us who had disembarked from the train, so it took a looog time as we waited for several people to check-in before our turn. A LOT of information is requested that has to be typed in; passports must also be scanned. The presence of one desk clerk would have been so appreciated."

"The darkening curtain did not cover the window to the bathroom. If the bathroom light was turned on at night, it lit up the whole room. It was impossible to figure out how the thermostat worked. The duvet was not wide enough to cover the whole bed."
