"Clean, organised flat in a lovely area. The hosts communication was great throughout, and there was a great guest book containing recommendations for the local area."

"Lovely and peaceful, very clean and well equipped.Lovely surroundings and walks for our 2 dogs. Will definitely be back."

"Had a lovely bank holiday stay at the cottage. Kids loved the working farm and seeing the animals. Charlotte gave a nice tour, explaining the farm's operations. Would recommend to family and friends."

"Great stay, was a perfect location in York. Good communication with host, clean and a good amount of room"

"Lodge was really nice and clean and it was a really nice experience. However a few lights either didn't work or had no bulb in, the hall way light didn't work and when it was dark you couldn't see where you was going and the light outside the hot tub but this wasn't so bad as you had the fairy lights which gave a bit of light. Over all very nice "

"Good location, clean, parking good although one parking space was occupied by someone from another property occasionally"

"Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. "Everything was as explained.Great location, great communication with the host, the property had everything you would need for a short stay and was exceptionaly clean"

"Very nice clean apartment, had everything we needed. It is small but would be perfect for a couple. We managed as a family of 4 and its in a great location not far from York. Bed is super comfy. We had a lovely time."

"Clean, cozy spot really close to historic central York. Parking was really easy and free on the main road. Excellent, fast communication with host."
