"Your staff are great my wife has issues and a care dog when we arrived I thought we where going home because my wife was having problems after a 6 hour drive but your man behind the reception was great we had lunch and stayed and even booked an extra night All staff from reception too bar staff and cleaning brilliant Thankyou for a great stay we will be back for more stays to see the upgrades to the Hotel XX "

"Hotel is stunning. York suite is absolutely beautiful and it’s huge. Everything was first class and can’t wait to go back again. Nothing was too much trouble and they catered for my gluten free diet excellently."

"We had a lovely two night stay our room was large with a huge comfortable bed. It was in a great location, very central with parking at the back of the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, overall a great stay we would definitely stay here again when next in the area."
