Dismantled Railway, Husbands Bosworth. Looking east along the Rugby - Peterborough railway, which closed in 1966, from the A5199 bridge just north of Husbands Bosworth village. The Grand Union Canal (Leicester Arm) crosses the old railway in a tunnel at this point.

Track of the Rugby to Peterborough Railway This well-maintained grass is the track of the disused Rugby to Peterborough railway. Walk from Husbands Bosworth church down towards the Grand Union Canal and you will cross the old railway track just before you reach the canal.
