"The place was great staff are friendly but I have an issue with my tv in my room for several days not working 3 days of 10 days the food was so bad meat no good Seafood was great "

"The hotel is good for families with kids. It’s got a water park and amusement park ( a small one ) rooms are clean and comfy. The buffet food was average and crowded it was hard to find a table . The hotel grounds is very nice I don’t recommend it for couples if you want quiet "

"The room was wonderful clean large comfy bed very spacious room was kept impeccably clean by very nice staff who other than seeing in the corridor didnt invade your space 😀 they did leave some beautiful towel sculptures decorated with i think hibiscus flowers absoulutly lovely , I only used the spa once as not my usual thing had a wonderful massage my husband also had a massge but went back for his beard to be tidied up . "It was a quite place, where it looks like in the pictures. But I think the other hotel had more Food options and a better Entertainment Team. And to be honest, many workers there tried to flirt with me while my husband sat somewhere else. "

An der Rezeption wurden wir von Ahmed empfangen ihm gilt ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön, da er sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes stets um uns gekümmert hat. Er macht seine Arbeit sehr professionell. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Essen ist hervorragend und das gesamte Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!"
