"The AC in our first room wasn't functioning properly. We were moved to another room and that was great. The staff were all fantastic, the pool was beautiful in a great location which felt like you were in the jungle. Breakfast was excellent. Other meals all very good and tasty. "

One of our highlights was the safari tour of Wilpattu National Park, which our hosts graciously arranged for us. The driver they connected us with was clearly experienced and knew all the best spots to find the animals we were hoping to see — it felt like a true insider experience! Back at the treehouse, I found myself fully immersed in the peaceful surroundings. Resting on a lounge chair and listening to the sounds of the jungle was the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with nature. This place offers more than just a stay — it’s a peaceful window into the natural beauty, kind people, and rich culture of Sri Lanka. We also truly enjoyed the authentic Sri Lankan meals, full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. I wholeheartedly recommend Wilpattu Tree House to anyone looking for a unique and serene getaway. "Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!"
