"The room wasn’t overly clean. Pet hair in the room. I would have certain rooms for people with pets and keep some rooms pet free People on 3rd floor were running very noisy? called front desk. They said they would take care of it. Nothing was done because noise continued. We were trying to get a toddler to sleep."

"Check in was not until almost 300pm When it said 200 pm had to use hand towl to dry off after getting out realizing g we had none called to see if we could get some towels came after we were already down showering found hair in the shower. Bed was hard. Not very clean place at all. Blood stain in pillow . Will NOT be staying there again"
