It was ok. I liked the aesthetic of the lobby. Couldn’t use the pool it was closed for renovations. The room was alright. Kinda small. I wouldn’t put more than 2 in there. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small. It had a rain shower. I hate rain showers. The shower had no racks so I had to sit my stuff on the floor in the shower. Not much counter space The doors to the room and the bathroom are super heavy. The bathroom floor got really wet from the shower. But the water was nice and hot. I really liked the kitchenette area. It was a nice size mini fridge The breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.

Loved the fact that they provided a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The rooftop bar/restaurant lounge was so relaxjng and the breakfast and other food in the restaurants was delicious. Alao nicely located near the Harbor.

Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!

The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!
