"Excellent hotel apartment with separate living room / kitchen. Very well maintained. Reception were great as we arrived close to closing time, but they stayed on to get us parked and provided a map with recommended walking route to the old city. Convenient location with a 15 minute walk to the castle / cathedral."

"Room was clean and spacious. Everything in the room worked very well. Quiet hotel and lovly breakfast. Only draw back was having to wait over 35 minute to check in past our check in time. After a long drive with kids you just want to get in and relax. Most members of staff very helpful. When we first arrived the 2 who were checking in were next to useless"

"We had a quick one night stuff over in Ghent on our way to Germany so this was a perfect place to stay and Central for a quick explore of the city. I was disappointed when I arrived to find that the road that the hotel is on was not accessible by Car due to major roadworks going on. It would have been very helpful for the hotel to have contacted us to inform us of this as it then meant that we parked in a car park about five minute walk away. The hotel staff did not seem to be well informed or particularly attentive of our need for parking, thankfully we managed to find parking ourselves."
