"We had incredible service at the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the middle gate of the national park. The gate is quiet and we experienced no ques when trying to get in the park meaning you could get in very quickly to the elevator. The staff at the hotel Chelsey and Robert provided excellent service booking our tickets easily, providing an excellent explanation of the park and areas to visit as well as ordering dinner for when we return and providing shuttles when we needed it to and from the park. The hotel also offers free self service laundry which was really easy to use. We would stay here again."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!"

"The room was pretty clean and the location is convenient. It's right across from the tianmen cableway. Breakfast was also very good and had a lot of variety. The staff were great. We don't really speak Mandarin so we were able to communicate pretty well with them through wechat. We had an issue with a Didi driver trying to scam us our first night and the staff even checked in on us after we checked up and told us how to resolve the issue. So I definitely recommend this hotel if you're not too familiar with China."

"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."

"The property was well maintenance, very clean and had every and thing an apartment unit needed for a great stay the air conditioner worked excellent and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend anybody that’s visiting to check out the place."

"The staff were super helpful, offered to help with tours, they also offered to take my bags to the room. Room was spotless, they have a massage area, pool and Gym and more importantly for me a convenience store. I would definitely visit again"
