"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is incredible, right by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it the perfect place to stay while exploring the area and its breathtaking sights. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially when it came to navigating the parks, planning our visits, and figuring out the best sights to see. A special thank you to Chelsea, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and we genuinely appreciated everything she did for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. We would love to come back!"

"This is the hardest hotel for me to rate in this trip. The woman who runs it was lovely, and I was offered a free upgrade. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. However, I had some issues with the practical side of my stay. Given that visiting the mountain in the park is the main reason people come to this town, more flexibility with check-out would be helpful. The man at reception refused to let me use a bathroom after I had checked out. Also, a family member was smoking inside the reception area, as this is a family-run hotel. Despite the positives, I’m not sure this is the best place to stay if you’re visiting solely for the mountain, which I imagine is the case for most tourists."

"The staff were super helpful, offered to help with tours, they also offered to take my bags to the room. Room was spotless, they have a massage area, pool and Gym and more importantly for me a convenience store. I would definitely visit again"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The personal butler service was excellent. Our butler helped us arrange park tickets, laundry, and our daily itinerary, which made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel was modern with rooms equipped with latest technology. It was just a short walk to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park."

"We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious."

"This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available."

"Helpfullness is fully there. I never once felt confused or intimidated to ask for help. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Rooms are always kept clean. I don't eat breakfast so cant contribute much there. The gym is a bit lack luster but might be renovations and you won't be there all day. For a good homebase this is a 10/10. Just be aware that the Chinese culture is very different and that cant be reflected on the hotel. If you are staying short or long term I definitely recommend them."
