"The views from this place are amazing! The location is excellent. You can walk to a variety of restaurants and also do some shopping. The food at Dons Mai Ta was ok. The bed was comfortable. The only negative thing that should be said is that the room and hall way have an old dirty carpet smell. We left our bedroom sliding door open the whole time we were there so it helped BUT the smell was disappointing. The building seems old and the outside walls are cracking and falling apart. They are renovating one of the buildings, hopefully they don’t put carpets in :) "

"Nicely appointed condo, with thoughtful touches (empty drawers, snacks, earplugs). Location was great - easy walking distance to Kona sights, stores, and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Great location. Had everything you need like snorkel, ice cooler, racket. Just did not have enough toilet tissues. Shower curtain on the first floor needs to be cleaned or replaced. Overall it’s great place and would like to stay again in the future. "

"We didn’t cook anything. We just ate out. But it did take a little bit for the ac to cool the place down. No problems after that. Nice place to stay. Great communication with Tim. Would recommend this place. "
