Rocca is a 75 sqm apartment in Résidence La Perle d’Alba for up to 6 adults. It has three bedrooms, two of which can be arranged with either a double bed or twin beds, as well as one en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and two separate WCs. The living area opens onto a private balcony overlooking the resort, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge.

Guests can use the residence’s shared pool, sauna, and hammam. A private parking space and ski locker with boot heaters are also available. In winter, the surrounding mountains offer activities such as skiing and ice climbing, while summer brings hiking, cycling, and mountain biking. Rocca can be booked with Georges and Meode for up to 12 adults and 2 children.

Please note that a security deposit of 500€ will be taken on the day before arrival, by credit card. It will be released after check-out, shall there be no damage in the property.
