"Friendly staff"

"Nice staff, clean and hot showers worked. Cheap and cheerful. Bunks a little unsafe for children with open ends IE no barriers around mattress. Close to GO!, shopping centre and fruit veg fish market down the street. Only drawback is guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen to prepare the fresh food that is readily available. So fruit breakfast was my staple. I brought tea bags and coffee so at least I made my own hot beverage. Drinking Water is not provided and can be purchased "

"Đã book phòng và thanh toán, đã được xác nhận nhưng đến nơi thì gọi nhiều lần số hotline không được. Lúc gọi được thì báo đã hết phòng và sẽ email báo Hotels.com trả tiền lại. Rất mất thời gian, mệt mỏi, có 2 cháu nhỏ đi kèm. Tìm rất khó, đến đúng địa chỉ trên App ko thấy, hỏi hàng xóm xung quang cũng không biết -> cần cập nhật chính xác và dễ tìm. "

"The location was good near restaurants and same time away from trafic noise. The staff was kindly and even let us check in early. The aircon in the room was good. We did have a deluxe room with balkon and room for 3 persons to get more space. But the problem was the bathroom was to small to have room for one single and one double bed. When we was sitting on the toilet the glass wall was just front of your face, a big person would not could fit. The room was not fully clean, there was dirt near...

"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...
