"No communication. AC went out and trying to get any kind of resolution was impossible. Had to stay in the hot room. No housekeeping seen, not even in the halls until our 4th day, was getting ready to check out at 11, at 9 there is a knock at the door, guess who? Housekeeping. SMH. Room paint was thick and layered and cracked."

"Are stay for one night was horrible, other guest were outside their rooms making alot of noise until 12:30 am. Not a care in the world for other guests! Room hadn’t been dusted in weeks the furniture was ok but all the wall hangings hadn’t been touched. Very disappointed in our stay. No one available to talk to in the am, the breakfast advertised was apple juice and orange juice, coffee and blueberry muffins. 149.00 wasted!!!
