Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. "We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold.
