Best Western Canyon De Chelly Inn

"We chose the best Western Chinle because it had the best rating. It met our needs as a base for two nights while we accessed the nearby Canyon de Chelly. There is a hotel at the canyon, but a friend had advised that the food there was awful so that was a main reason for not staying there. The staff was accommodating when we requested extra towels help with directions things of that nature. Chinle Arizona is not a place that one would necessarily choose to visit. We had more issues with the lack of available resources in the town than we did with where we stayed."

"Nice hotel just outside of the visitor center at Canyon de Chelly. Make sure you do a jeep tour of the canyon when you go-they pick you up from the hotel. The town has very few amenities, no grocery stores , very few restaurants so plan accordingly."
