"This trip was our tenth vacation at the Hyatt Regency hotel. We appreciated our request for the location of the hotel room. The room cleaning was of a good standard and timely. The pool restaurant offered quality snacks during the day. The quality, taste and cleanliness were excellent. The pool staff was active, helpful and very polite. Tew and Chan managed the daily pool exercise very well and playfully with humor. The guardforce's new uniforms were very positive. They also communicated with the vacationers in a friendly manner. The breakfast was great and of high quality. The oatmeal was especially tasty. If there was anything to improve, I would say I missed the blue cheeses, brie: and camembert cheeses that were available before. We will come again next spring."

"A beautiful villa, the pool was just as shown, clean and warm! There was an issue with filtration during our stay but the speed and resolution the host gave was impressive and did not affect our enjoyment. All rooms are of a high standard of cleanliness, the kitchen had all required amenities and they even have a utility room so no need to take too many clothes! Overall this experience of Thailand has given us the itch to revisit asap and we will have no hesitation to use this villa again. "What a fantastic Villa. Stayed here for 18 nights and cannot fault it. The Villa is finished to a very high standard throughout. Loved the outdoor areas both for cooking and relaxing. The property is well maintained with the pool cleaned twice a week, garden daily and housekeeping as often as you choose. The pool was super clean ! Check-In was efficient. Khun Pan, our host, met us at the property to explain everything and show us how to use the various appliances. There is also a free shuttle bus that runs every few hours that will take you into Hua Hin and you must visit the fascinating restaurant nearby. The Wi-Fi was super quick, huge TV and fantastic soundbar. The kitchen has everything you need even down to soap for the dishwasher. There is a utility room so by the time we left all our clothes were washed for when we got back home. Just a delightful Villa that is better than the already beautiful pictures on the website. We would definitely stay here again. Just hope next time we come to Hua Hin it's available. "

"I have just finished a 26 day stay at Phukalini. I do not normally give a review of my stays, but I wanted to share my experiences here.The attention to detail in the architecture and grounds is amazing. Very beautiful! Quiet. A bit out of town but not far. It is surrounded by pineapple farms, there is a first class golf course nearby. The pool, the food and the staff are exceptional. The staff are always smiling and quick to attend to any requests. I have never had a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. I think it would be wonderful for a family vacation. I will be sad to leave."
