"Exactly as advertised. No complaints! Loved hearing the river!"

"We are a family of 4 (2 older teens) and stayed here for the location. It was very lovely to sit and enjoy the river, very quiet snd nice area. We were 20minutes from Salida to visit the town for restaurants and shopping, but also close to hiking/biking areas and by the river. We appreciated the full kitchen cooking supplies, outdoor bbq, coffee supplies and nice soaps/lotions in the bathrooms. Bedding and towels were nice and soft! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We hope to...

"When we stayed here four years ago, the property was in much better shape. It hasn't been maintained, including the landscaping. The backyard was littered with trash, and the property desperately needs repairs. I have photos that i can submit if that is helpful."

"The location was great, it is near the river, but depending on time of year, river access may not be possible. The place is well appointed in some respects, but totally not in others. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements, but lacks the bare basics like salt and pepper. When we stayed in June, it was getting hot and in order to create airflow, we got out the fan from the closet, but were unable to open most windows due to missing screens, and it was very buggy outside, so open...

"This was a sweet place to stay! It was very well kept and I could tell the owner put a lot of thought into the amenities and guest set up. It reminded me of how I like to keep my own home. Everything thing from a French press to filters water! Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful, secluded setting. It was incredibly quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We loved seeing wildlife right around the house, including deer, moose, and lots of birds. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, it was a serene and comfortable getaway, and we would happily stay here again."

"Very cute tiny house!! Loved how quiet it was."

"Great property. Really comfy bed. A/c was a life saver with 90 degree days. River is so close. Would stay there again. Street parking little bit of pain but worth it for being right in downtown."

"Great in town location."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property- perfect location for things we did in town and also for getting to trailheads and other things we did! Parking was no issue and the check-in process was very easy. Would definitely recommend!"

"The space was very clean and tidy, yet still felt comfortable and homey. All of the amenities were great! The location couldn’t be better! We enjoyed our stay very much and will use PVR again!"
