"This isn't a place for quick stays. Most of the people they lived there and it showed. Grounds were nasty. Drugs were being done outside of rooms. Weird people roaming all night. My room didn't have a TV nor dis the lock work on the door. I set up all night watching the door. No one wanted to help. Housekeeping finally had maintenance come fix the issue on the 3rd day"

"The overall retro vibe of the hotel was really cute! The room was ok - the staff were super friendly. It was the other clientele and location that made us uncomfortable. It is in a questionable location which made us worry about our safety. There was clearly partying and people partaking in drug use and very possibly crime that were staying there. We wanted to spend the day at the pool but it did not seem like the type of crowd we would interact with. Also the music is SOOO LOUD."

"My stay at Houston Marriott North was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. My room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the hotel's amenities. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Houston area."

"This is not a safe place for female travelers. The house keeping manager (a man) kept coming in the room unannounced, without knocking, and seemed to be trying to steal. He was aggressive and walked in on us while we were changing. Do not stay here if you’re a woman. Additionally, the room was dirty and the garbage was full of soiled pads. The fridge had old food in it- just utterly disgusting."
