Relax in this calm, stylish and non smoking space. This property is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping centers and hospitals. NASA, Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston beach are just few miles away. The property is quiet and safe. Parties & loud music are not allowed. It is situated in a 3 acre lot. Parks and walking trails are close by. For tenants that have pets, there is a dog park 2 miles away. The Pearland Recreation Center and Natatorium is one block away with state-of-the-art cardio & strength training equipment, group fitness classes , full locker facilities and, a variety of activities for a minimum daily fee.

We couldn't ask for a better experience at this place. It was everthing we could ask for and more, from the location to the interaction with the host, it was all great. There were only 2 things that would have just made it perfect, there was a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, we are from Arizona so maybe because we are used to a dry climate the smell was more noticable. The carpet could use some replacing. Other than that it was a wonderful stay, the bed was comfortable and the location was very quiet, much better than staying in a hotel. Thank you so much Exie for a great experience, we hope you host many more travelers!

Comfy apartment

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Exie is an excellent host and was always available and prompt with our requests. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities and thoughtful touches that we appreciated. We had stayed previously and would happily return.
