"This was our first time staying at the Woodlands Resort. We heard about it from a friend. Overall it was a good experience but there were some minor issues. The check in desk was often over crowded, they tried charging for a roll away bed even though we booked a room for 3 that the website claimed the child would stay free, we never saw an itemized bill to review (not even via email afterwards), the floor under the lounge chairs was dirty (like melted ice cream on your feet), and we never saw waitstaff come to our area (two separate areas) while poolside. Overall, those things weren't a big deal because we were choosing to focus on the positive; however, for a nice resort I would've expected better."
