This 700 sq ft | 65 sqm 1-bedroom apartment can accommodate 6 guests and is in a great midtown location between downtown and the museum district. Recently, renovated, plush furnishings, and all you’d need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. For travelers who don’t leave home without their furry companion, this property is pet-friendly.
This second-floor apartment features:
- A comfortable open-plan living area that features a large sofa (with sofa bed pull out for 2 if needed) and a flatscreen wall-mounted TV. The perfect place to relax when at home.
- A cute private balcony with seats to enjoy the fresh air and a beverage.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances you’d need to prepare meals at home. Preparing meals at home is a great money saver so you can spend on the fun stuff!
- The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools where you can enjoy a quick snack, and morning coffee, and it also serves as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
- A dining table in front of the window that comfortably seats 4 for a sit-down meal at home in comfort.
- 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to accommodate 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed
LIVING AREA: 1 Sofa bed pullout and an air mattress
- The bedroom has a comfortable laptop-friendly desk set up for the remote worker.
- A laundry room with a washing machine/dryer, iron, and an ironing board for added convenience.
- There is a free unassigned parking space in the parking lot and additional parking on the street if needed.
Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, and parking are free during your stay.
You can park on the street. Note: It is a one-sided street parking.
There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door for security. There are no cameras in the unit.
There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.
This is a pet-friendly property; 2 pets max, up to 50 lbs per pet, and a pet fee of $50.
We provide some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dishwashing liquid. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 18 years or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
