The Pool and spa CAN be heated good, Chlorine pool, modern technology , new good pumps

HOUSE RULES
***NO SMOKING INSIDE
***NO PARTY
***MAX CAPACITY IS 10 people, at all times at the house. If you exceed, we will charge $60 per person per night between 3pm and 11am.

***24/7 SECURITY CAMERAS POLICY:

NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME but 2 cameras inside garage , 7 cameras OUTSIDE , 1 front door, 1 back door, 2 driveway, 1 outside gate , 1 right side, 1 left side of the house. All outside cameras can actively 24/7 record sounds, photos, videos.

We ONLY place camera devices in public, common areas such as garage, EXTERIOR boundary, front entrance door, back exit door, driveway, gates , left-right sides of the house , etc , for safety.

We NEVER/ DO NOT place cameras in your private bedrooms. EACH CAMERA FLASHES TO PUBLICLY INFORM YOU THAT THE PUBLIC AREA IS 24/7 RECORDING.

The house was amazing very accommodating for my family. The pool and a hot tub needs a little more attention far as cleaning the bottom on the pool but over all I would recommend and use again
