Nice hotel. Well located and decent enough value. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Stayed in a single which was a good size for one person. Clean and well maintained.

Beautiful location near walkable paths and public transportation. The view of Tower bridge is breathtaking. Vue bar was amazing. The only complaint is the room was extremely cold. Requested a heater, which was delivered but the room was still drafty and freezing cold.

Great service form a friendly check in through to Hanan organising an excellent breakfast and the highly professional and friendly team going above and beyond. Really appreciated!

Nice area. People were friendly. Hotel is behind a store. Not easy to find. GPS did not take us to hotel. We were lost for quite sometime. Once you know where it is you are ok. If you stay here google map it before going.
