"Id give the staff 10/10 rating. At least to me they were all so nice, respectful and very helpful. Rooms are clean, that’s not a problem. The issue with this resort is the property was kinda let go and not well maintained for a hotel/resort that is classified as a 5 star hotel. Yes we had everything we needed in our room. But the closet were falling apart, walls were stained and the fridge although it’s hidden was rusty and old.
I wouldn’t complain about the food because it’s given to have the same food in an all inclusive hotel. They change it every now and then … but it will come to a point where it’s just tiring. I also wanna point out that this is the only all inclusive I’ve been where all restaurants are not included to the all inclusive option."
