  • Our lovely Williamsburg reproduction home is a prime spot to enjoy beautiful Hot Springs, AR. This 4 BR 4.5 Bath is just minutes away from Magic Springs Water and Theme Park, Oaklawn Park and Historic Hot Springs National Park. We can sleep 10 people.
    Meals can be prepared in a fully equipped kitchen and served at a large tiger maple dining room table or on the farm table in the breakfast area. The kitchen includes a gas stovetop, double ovens and an island to use for prep.
    The main level of the house includes the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, sunroom, living room, master bedroom and bath, library/office, wood burning fireplace, laundry room and powder room.
    The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and bonus space that sleeps 2.
    Wireless wifi, as well as intercom/monitoring system is available through the entire home.

    We highly recommend using the Cancellation Protection insurance policy available through VRBO to insure the best travel experience.

Bachelor Trip

Overall this house is impressive in size, quality and comfortability. Mr. Chittum is a gracious host and the location is wonderful. Not too far away from town but far enough away that you dont get bogged down by traffic. Would definitely recommend for a medium sized group just looking to get away for the weekend.

Fabulous Weekend

8 adults stayed at the house (3 couples and 2 singles) so we used all 5 bedrooms. Very spacious and clean and is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! We used the fire pit and grill and the house sits on top of this huge hill and has beautiful views from the backyard. Close to downtown and horse races. Will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving on The Hill

We had a group of 10 staying and had 7-8 others that joined us for meals. This is definitely not your typical listing with a ton of bunk beds to accommodate more people. Fantastic place for an adult group (but it would be fine with kids, too)! Kitchen is perfect for hosting and cooking for a large group and was VERY well stocked. Plenty of seating for meals as well, and a nice back porch and fire pit. Can't say enough good things about The Chilton House! David and Sonya are great and very communicative! See ya next year!

Lovely home perfect location great neighborhood

David and Sonya have done an excellent job as host of their home, from the 5 large bedrooms and kitchen (fully equipped) to the oversized garage, 4 and a half bathrooms everything is wonderful. The quality and attention to detail of the home is incredible, we have rented houses before but this is by far the best we have found. The location is perfect for exploring the Hot Springs area, the quiet neighborhood was very nice. We spent most of the time exploring the Hot Springs area and took a day trip to the crater of diamonds state park which was fascinating. Everyone looked forward to coming home every afternoon to the relaxing atmosphere. The children enjoyed the wifi and having their own space, we used the kitchen facilities daily and everything worked perfectly. Again thank you to the perfect host David and Sonya.

Perfect in every way

This rental property was perfect for the six of us. We would have been seven, but one of my wife’s brothers had a sudden illness and could not make it. We were on our annual family reunion and Hot Springs seemed to be the best location to assemble because we were travelling from Ohio, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Texas. The house is very well maintained. The owner built this house many years ago and still lives in it part of the year. This helps explain why everything is very clean, the kitchen is very complete, and everything works the way it should and is pretty much up to date. The owner claimed to provide all soap, shampoo, and towels, which proved to be an understatement. I have never seen so many different choices for body wash and shampoo, and in such quantity. It was only a short drive to downtown and all the Hot Springs history, which we avidly took in. The property is in a quiet area which we really appreciated after hitting all the historical spots down town. The trolley tour was fun and informative as was visiting the bath house museum. Checkout was a dream. We did not have to strip the beds and were told to leave them unmade. We did not have to empty the waste baskets. All we did was take out our garbage. We all were checked out and on our way in record time.
