"We made our reservations last minute so was extremely happy when we got there and found the most helpful manager ever, Shah. He was able to put me in a 1st floor room because of my handicap. Otherwise we would have had to find another hotel. Our stay was great!"

"This is a great room for the price. They have recently renovated their rooms and you could really tell a difference. The beds were super comfortable, the paint was nice and clean and the rooms were really fresh looking. There's always lots of parking available and the staff was really really great at check in. Plus, it's very quiet in the rooms. A few things that I didn't love about it, the pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable, the amenities in the bathroom were very minimal and the TV didn't always work."

"The staff here are super friendly and kind. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, but not extravagent. We stayed in the least expensive room type and it did have a bit of a mildew smell and both of the bedside lamps did not work, but it was clean and felt safe. Overall, I'd say it was decent for the price and SUPER CLOSE to Mount Rushmore and easy walking distance from lots of great Keystone activities, shops and food. I would definitely stay there again, all things considered."
