Walk to all the fun of mini golf, go-karts, laser tag, and a gaming center and just a short drive to the charming Downtown Restaurants and Shops, Famous Bath Houses, Track and Casino!

This open floor plan condo offers a cozy living room with a Smart TV, perfect for snuggling up by the fireplace or using the pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening meal on the spacious covered balcony while taking in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. Fire up the charcoal grill and have a BBQ while enjoying the outdoors.

There is only 1 reserved, Paved Parking Space for this Condo. There maybe an extra in the gravel area for guests.
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.

IMO. This unit needs a deep cleaning.No dishwasher- we had to contact owner first thing the door handle was loose, key was difficult to get in..my husband tighten screws best he could and sprayed lock. Owner did send someone out the next day!!The stairs going down to this unit are shaky and it is very dark!!Michael the owner was very helpful in my booking and responded quickly to calls or text! Unit just needs some TLC!

Beans and sponge

Overall, nice stay but we did have a few issues. Pull out bed was a bit dirty but it was covered by the sheets. Shower drain seemed slow and took a few minutes to drain. Other than that, we enjoyed our time at this condo.

Nice home base when doing other things in town

This property is nice if you have plans to do other things in and around town. Balcony was nice would probably be real nice in the summer time and not winter like we did. Word of warning though, the stairs are treacherous when wet both down to the property as well as down to the docks. All 3 of us came home bruised and banged up from falling down the stairs even when going slow and 1 step at a time. They really need some sort of traction tread for when they are wet. The steps down to the property could also use a light at the top that appears to have been there once upon a time but is now just exposed wires. Bring a flashlight so you don't miss the top step at night as it is dark up there. There isn't a lot of green space for a dog to do its business as most of the walking area is gravel/rocks with some grass growing through it.

Nice retreat for a couple in HS

Small, but great for a couple + dog. The balcony that looks out on the lake is super cool. Comfy bed. Well-designed use of space. I think the price was quite fair. We loved it.

Great spot on the lake

We enjoyed a getaway here! The condo has everything you need and it sits facing the water. The big patio was nice and just sitting out there in the mornings. We did fish off the dock as well. The location is great and everything is within a short drive. I would recommend this place for a smaller condo it has it all.

Property was very clean and quiet. We had trouble getting in and turning on the shower but owner responded quickly with instructions. It was a little far from the main activities and restaurants but being on the water was nice

Husband and I weekend getaway

The house was good for what we were wanting. My complaint is I tried to move the date because my husband hurt his back and 1. Had been out of work and 2. We didn’t know if he could travel that far. I sent a message asking if we could change our dates and they never responded. The next message we got was the check in info. So I asked again and it was too late by that time to change the dates. So we made the trip but we’re very limited on what we could do.

Nice property but needs some upgrades

The place was nice but some items need to be addressed. The kitchen sink water supply valves are connected backwards meaning hot water comes out of the "Cold" setting and vise versa. In addition, the covered patio facing directly west gets HOT when the sun sets making it virtually unusable in the afternoon until the sun sets completely. Some roll down shades would make the stay much nicer. We had a difficult time finding the entrance to the property as it was marked with a tiny "E" letter and no instructions that you have to walk down a set of stairs on the side of the building to get to the back patio which is the only entrance to the room. As for parking, the parking area is extremely small and difficult to navigate with anything larger than a small car. If the owner fixes these issues and makes finding the entrance easier and well marked the place would receive a 5 out of 5. Until then all I can rate it is as is a "3".
