"No hot water and most of the staff was excellent except for one girl harassing us that worked the evening shift. The property wasn’t safe to walk around at night but it was downtown."

"Staff were all great and response time within 24 hours before arrival. Room was clean and all that I needed. Soap provided in bathroom. Check in area sells sodas, water and snacks. There is a small grocery around the block, and downstairs are two "sodas" i.e. small restaurants for quick snacks or meals for inexpensive prices! One block from a main road, and 2 blocks from "Casa Colon Hostel," where tour companies can meet for pickup. Free Wifi and TV in room, as well."

"We found this awesome Aparthotel last minute and needed and early check in. The Manager had no problem accommodating our request. Great location, super affordable and a very comfortable bed. We definitely recommend."

"Best location in Cartago for a hotel. Beds are not Marriott but they are clean and rooms are big enough for 3-4 people. The restaurant is good and not very expensive. The breakfast is nice and when they have the outdoor breakfast bar is probably my favorite experience of this hotel. If you’re going to be in Cartago, this is the best place to say. Very reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and English."
