The Neighborhood: Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around: A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay. A boat is also a method of transportation used at this property.
Other Things to Note: -1 dog is permitted. No puppies or aggressive breeds. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay . All dog information must be submitted in Rental Agreement - The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions - A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed. - Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior space - For groups with no guests under 18, you must be 25 or older to book, and then the Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 people
